Surrey Facts

Brooklands Racing Circuit, near Weybridge in Surrey, opened on June 17, 1907 and was the first custom-built banked motor race circuit in the world. Brooklands Racing Circuit hosted grand prix racing until the outbreak of World War Two. Today the Brooklands Racing Circuit site is a motoring museum.

The Bridge Lodge was custom built and opened to the public in 1996.

Situated over three floors with a lift available to all we offer non smoking rooms family rooms and have rooms specially adapted for use by our less able guests on the ground floor.

Many rooms have spectacular views over our own tributary of the Thames as well as the main river and the far reaching meads beyond the historic Chertsey Bridge.

All rooms have en suite facilities a double bed direct dial phones satalite TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

Non smoking rooms and family rooms are available on request.

Ample free parking is provided for all guests.

The Boat House Bar Restaurant that adjoins the Bridge Lodge is a stylish restaurant and bar with a landscaped garden and terrace bordering onto the River Thames offering food and drink all day.

Breakfast is also served here.

The Bridge Lodge Hotel is conveniently located being adjacent to Chertsey Bridge on the Surrey bank of The Thames and just one mile from junction 11 of the M25.

Approximatly ten miles west of Central London and six miles from Heathrow Airport local attractions include Thorpe Park which is less than two miles away Legoland Chessington World of Adventures Windsor Hampton Court and Twickenham RFU.

Guest registration check in is only available until 11pm.
