Cranleigh is reported to be the largest village in England and is centrally positioned between Guildford Dorking and Horsham. Cranleigh was originally Cranley but because the Post Office were delivering letters addressed to Cranley to Crawley and vice versa the village was renamed Cranleigh in 1864. The Cranley Hotel takes its name from the original spelling and this attractive Victorian building is situated opposite the village cricket green. There are seven en suite bedrooms all with televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. Book online | Check Availability |
